Oil Refining & Petrochemicals
Tomskneft Refinery processes 21 out of 24 grades of crude oil, yielding 15 distinct high-grade petroleum products including automotive gasoline, aviation kerosene, ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel D6, liquid gas, and petroleum coke. Our plant fully satisfies domestic demand while exporting 45% of petroleum products worldwide.
The refinery features state-of-the-art units including the ED-AV-6 primary distillation facility, catalytic reforming, gradual coking, and a catalytic cracker. Alkali sweetening technology licensed from Merichem Company guarantees fuel purity.
"Within our modernization program, the refinery transitioned to 100% production of Euro 5 class motor fuels, fulfilling quadripartite agreement standards and international ASTM specifications."
